Circullartex turns textile waste from post-industrial and pre- and post-consumer origins into valuable,
high-quality recycled cotton fiber and fiber blends. We work together with our strategic partners to integrate our process into the supply chain, providing a
closed-loop end-to-end solution.

Process

Step 1

Cutting & Extraction

Large pieces of textile waste are cut into smaller pieces. All non-textile elements are removed. We remove all non-textile materials from garments using an efficient automated extraction process.

Step 2

Processing

The textile waste is treated with an anti-static spray using a very small amount of water to prepare the clamps for the final stage of the process.

Step 3

Grinding

Small pieces of textile waste are processed in a shredder.

Step 4

Packaging

Our Circullartex fibre can be easily integrated into our partners' supply chains.

Textile waste

Textile waste is typically the material that becomes unusable or worthless after the end of production or use of any textile product. But at we don’t see waste, we see circular solutions. Textile waste is our raw material, and we use it to create our recycled fibers that can be incorporated back into textile production, allowing the industry to move towards a closed-loop model.

Post-industrial

This is textile fabric waste from garment manufacturing, also called clips or scraps.

Post-consumer

These are garments that have been worn. Circullartex recycles the fraction of garments that are not suitable for re-use.

Pre-consumer

These are finished garments that could not be sold or used. These can be faulty goods, returns or overstock for example.
